The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates is delighted to announce two new Associate Attorneys to the firm, Gregory Grigorian and Michelle Hunter. Promoted from within the firm, both, Grigorian and Hunter began working at the law office as Law Clerks while they attended law school. Grigorian attended Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, and was granted a Merit Scholarship for his academic excellence. Hunter achieved her Juris Doctorate (JD) from Loyola Law School.

SUPERIOR COURT, Los Angeles, Calif. — Attorneys Adam Kocaj and Samer Habbas of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates were able to prevail on behalf of their clients in a matter on appeal before the 2nd District Court of Appeals in Garcia v. KND Development 52. The affirmed appeal has also been certified for publication, which in turn allows for this ordered appellate court opinion to be publicly cited by other courts and parties.

In an effort to support the daily operations and growth of UCI School of Law, the firm has contributed to the “School of Law Scholarships” fund in the amount of $2,500. Giving Day is a 24-hour online giving campaign that brings together the University of California, Irvine (UCI) community. This year will be UCI’s fourth annual Giving Day celebration.

Pledge is set to run for the 2019 Major League Baseball season. The firm’s pledge is set to donate $200 to the organization for every homerun made by Justin Turner, a player for the Los Angeles Dodgers, this season. The JT Foundation was founded by Turner and his wife, Kourtney, in 2016 to help support homeless veterans, children (and their families) battling life-altering illnesses and diseases and various youth baseball organizations.

PRESS RELEASE Orange, Calif. – Attorney at Law, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, Inc. P.C., secured a settlement for $3.45 million for a motorcyclist, who was struck by a motorist. The victim was traveling through streets on a motorcycle, with no traffic controls, when a motorist, with a stop sign, drove past the traffic control straight in front of the victim’s path. The client had little-to-no time to react and crashed into the motorist at a t-bone collision.
