Five People Injured After American Airlines Jet Hit Shuttle Bus At The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (February 11, 2023) – At least five people were injured when an American Airlines jet collided with a shuttle bus at the Los Angeles International Airport.

Los Angeles County officials are saying that the collision took place Friday night. The America Airlines Airbus A321 did not have passengers when it collided with a shuttle bus transporting passengers.

Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help all of the victims. A total of five people were treated by paramedics at the scene and four people were taken to the hospital.

The American Airlines jet  was apparently being pulled by a tug at the time of the collision. A full investigation into the crash at LAX remains ongoing at this time.
