An impromptu music performance caused a massive traffic jam on the 101 Freeway in Hollywood, and while the October 12 incident didn’t include any reported car accidents, it shows how reckless behavior by motorists can cause problems for police and fire workers.

Slogans on the bus indicated that the event was supposed to be an awareness campaign for homeless children.
