Isamar Negrete is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation involving personal injury, employment, and wrongful death matters. She is dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been harmed by the negligence or misconduct of others and guiding clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Prior to joining Samer Habbas & Associates, Isamar gained experience handling a diverse range of legal matters, including personal injury litigation, employment disputes, intellectual property issues, entertainment law matters, and business contract disputes. She has represented plaintiffs through all stages of litigation, from prior to filing a lawsuit through obtaining a verdict at trial. Her trial experience, has further strengthen her skills in trial and witness preparation, and reinforced her commitment to strategic advocacy in pursuit of meaningful results for those she represents.

Isamar earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Southwestern Law School, where she was selected to participate in the prestigious Negotiation Honors Program (NHP). Through the program, she competed in national negotiation competitions and further developed her skills in dispute resolution, client advocacy, and effective communication. In recognition of her exceptional legal writing abilities, she received a Drafting Excellence Award in 2022.

Prior to law school, Isamar earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. During her undergraduate studies, she served as a Project Co-Chair for the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership, where she studied principles of servant leadership and examined the role ethics plays in decision-making across industries and leadership positions. She gained a deep understanding of the responsibilities entrusted to professionals, executives, judges, and other decision-makers. The lessons learned continue to shape her approach to the practice of law, guiding her commitment to integrity, accountability, and client-centered advocacy.

Isamar is an active member of the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association (OCHBA), Latina Lawyers Bar Association (LLBA), and the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA). As a Spanish-speaking attorney, she understands the importance of ensuring that clients feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout the legal process. She is passionate about serving her community and providing accessible, compassionate representation.

Isamar has dedicated her career to representing individuals against insurance companies and large corporations. She approaches every case with diligence, empathy, and determination, striving to secure favorable outcomes and full justice for those she represents.

When she is not advocating for her clients, Isamar enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and concerts featuring her favorite artists, and spending quality at home with family and friends.
