Madison Carroll is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Samer Habbas and Associates. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carroll zealously advocated for the rights of injured Plaintiffs, as well as the rights of Defendant doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals being sued for medical malpractice. Her experience working at both Plaintiff Personal Injury and Defense Medical Malpractice law firms brings valuable insight and expertise to her legal practice.
Ms. Carroll graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration on Political Theory. Soon thereafter, she received a scholarship to law school based on her outstanding academic performance at UCLA. While in law school, she participated in trial advocacy training and represented students with learning disabilities, as well as their parents, at the Learning Rights Law Center to ensure they were receiving the proper accommodations to which they were entitled. Ms. Carroll graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and received a Juris Doctor with a concentration on Civil Litigation.
After passing the Bar Exam and completing her Defense work, Ms. Carroll moved to Irvine, California with her husband. When she is not working to represent her clients, Ms. Carroll enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, running, hiking, playing piano and watching documentaries.
