Monique Midose is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Samer Habbas and Associates, where she passionately represents injured citizens. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Midose championed the rights of injured workers as a Workers’ Compensation Applicant Attorney. Despite her current focus on broader injured citizen cases, she remains an active member of the California Association of Applicant Attorneys.
Ms. Midose holds an M.B.A. from California State University, Long Beach, and graduated suma cum laude from Western State College of Law. During her time at law school, she served as the Year-in-Review editor for Law Review and participated in Honors Moot Court. Her outstanding academic performance earned her several prestigious accolades, including the Marcia Wilbur Memorial Award Outstanding Female Student and Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in eight subjects including Torts, Legal Writing, Contracts, and Remedies.
After passing the bar, Ms. Midose moved to central California with her husband who was stationed at Vandenberg Air Force base. When not advocating for the rights of her clients, Ms. Midose enjoys watching documentaries and playing board games with friends and family.
