Corbin Moore Obtains $101,000 Underinsured Settlement for Auto Accident Victim

Our client was moving southbound on Bristol street, when she was suddenly rear-ended. The at-fault driver was found to have been traveling behind our client at an unsafe speed for road conditions. Due to the impact, the plaintiff sought medical attention for complaints of neck pain, left shoulder pain, headaches, and difficulty focusing. Soon after, our client was diagnosed with a cerebral concussion, a cervical sprain, and cervical kyphosis. She was then prescribed to undergo an MRI on her cervical spine, which revealed a broad posterior disc protrusion.

Alongside the settlement, Moore was also able to secure $1,000 from Medpay. As a result, Moore was able to achieve a total of $101,000 in compensation for the accident.
