Samer Habbas Negotiated a $299,000 Settlement for a Slip and Fall Accident.

Southern California — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates secured $299,000 for a slip and fall accident. The plaintiff tripped and fell due to an uneven step in the building. In which she sustained a fractured ankle from the fall. 

Initially, the building owner denied liability for the incident. However, once Habbas filed suit against the defendant, he was able to negotiate a $299,000 settlement for our client.
