Samer Habbas Obtains a Policy Limit Settlement of $300,000 for a Dog Attack Case.

Laguna Woods, Calif. — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates achieved a $300,000 settlement for a dog attack victim. The plaintiff was injured by a dog in her community. The attack by the animal caused her to fall over, in which she suffered a broken hip that resulted in surgery. 

At first, the matter of liability was denied by the homeowner’s insurance company. Luckily, with Habbas’ aggressive approach, he filed suit against the dog owner and was able to obtain a policy limit settlement of $300,000.
