Samer Habbas Resolves an Auto Accident Against a Los Angeles County Employee for $375,000

Los Angeles, Calif. — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates obtained a $375,000 settlement for an auto accident. The plaintiff suffered serious neck injuries when they were suddenly t-boned by a Los Angeles County employee.

Habbas filed suit against both the driver and the County of Los Angeles. Initially, the County of Los Angeles denied liability for the accident. As a result of Habbas’ skillful and aggressive representation, the matter was resolved for $375,000.
