Conor Stanton Secures $100,000 on an Underinsured Auto Accident Claim

CONOR STANTONMoreno Valley, Calif. — Associate Attorney, Conor Stanton of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates settled an auto accident case for $100,000. The claimant was driving through streets when they were struck from behind by an underinsured motorist who was traveling at an unsafe speed for traffic conditions.

The claimant reported to a medical clinic for pain in her neck and lower back. After a thorough examination, she was diagnosed with left cervical radiculopathy and right lumbar radiculopathy caused by multiple disc protrusions. As a result, she was recommended to undergo a discectomy procedure.

Stanton was able to swiftly tender the third-party’s policy limits of $15,000. It was clear that the damages our client suffered from this accident exceeded the at-fault driver’s policy limits. Fortunately, our client had Underinsured Motorist (UIM) coverage in her insurance policy. Stanton pursued a demand to settle the claim in full through our client’s UIM policy. Initially, the insurance carrier attempted to unnecessarily delay the process to settle, but Stanton refused to play their game. Due to his aggressive approach, Stanton was able to negotiate for full policy limits that same day for a total settlement of $100,000.
