Hotel Shower Burns Settled for $150,000

Los Angeles premises liability lawyer Samer Habbas settled a premises liability case for $150,000. The client was a guest at a prominent hotel in Catalina Island. When she went to take a shower, scorching hot water came out, causing her to suffer burns. Defendant’s initially denied liability for this matter stating that it was due to the carelessness of our client. The case settled in mediation.
