Samer Habbas Lands a $325,000 Settlement for a Truck Accident Victim

Southern California — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates settled a truck accident case for $325,000. The plaintiff was involved in an auto accident with a gas tanker that caused him to suffer facial and rib injuries.

At first, the insurance company denied the claim and placed blame on our client.
