Samer Habbas Achieves $375,000 Settlement for a Taxi Cab Passenger

Pomona, Calif. — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates settled a taxi accident for $375,000. The plaintiff was riding in a taxi cab when the taxi driver neglected to yield to oncoming traffic as he was exiting a shopping center. This negligent act caused the taxi to collide with an oncoming vehicle. The plaintiff sustained neck and back injuries from the accident.

Initially, the defendant offered our client nothing in return. Once Habbas filed suit against the defendant, he led an aggressive approach all the way into mediation, where he was able to get the defense to settle for $375,000.
