Samer Habbas Obtains $400,000 Pedestrian Accident Settlement

Vallejo, Calif. — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates achieved a $400,000 settlement on a pedestrian accident case. The insurance company had initially denied liability on this case, refusing to take responsibility for the accident. The police report even has Habbas’ client fully at fault. However, Habbas refused to give in to the insurance company. His aggressive representation resulted in a $400,000 settlement for our client.
