Pedestrian Accident in San Gabriel Settles for $250,000

San Gabriel, Calif. — The attorneys at the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates secured a $250,000 settlement on a pedestrian accident case. The plaintiff was walking across an intersection when they were suddenly struck by an oncoming vehicle.

The extent of her injuries led to multiple rounds of surgery.

The at-fault driver neglected to examine the crosswalk for any pedestrians before passing through.
