Samer Habbas Achieves $875,000 Settlement on a Semi Truck Accident

Whitewater, Calif. — Managing Partner, Samer Habbas of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates resolved a semi truck accident for $875,000. The plaintiff was driving eastbound on the 10 freeway when she was sideswiped by an 18-wheeler truck. 

The insurance company denied the claim completely, blaming our client for the accident. Habbas filed the lawsuit and with his aggressive approach with the insurance company and their counsel, the case settled at mediation for $875,000.
