Samer Habbas Achieved $325,000 for an Assault and Battery Case

La Jolla, Calif. — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates obtained a $325,000 settlement on an assault and battery case. The plaintiff was an employee at a bakery establishment, where he was stabbed in the back by one of his coworkers on work grounds. Habbas filed suit against the bakery for negligence in hiring, supervising, and training its employed baker and was able to attain a $325,000 settlement.
