Samer Habbas Settles an Underinsured Motorist Accident for $425,000

Pomona, Calif. — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas, of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates secured a $425,000 settlement for an underinsured motorist accident. The plaintiff was driving southbound on the 60 freeway when they were rear-ended by an underinsured motorist. Due to the impact of the collision, our client suffered intense injuries to their lower back. After attaining the policy limits of the at-fault driver, Habbas then filed suit on behalf of our client for underinsured motorist arbitration. The claim was resolved in mediation for $425,000.
